Xtreme Cleaning Services – Terms and Conditions
1.1 These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of carpet cleaning, pressure washing, and all flooring cleaning services by Xtreme Cleaning Services (“the Company”) to its clients (“Client”).
2.1 The Company provides professional carpet cleaning, pressure washing, and all flooring cleaning services as per the agreed specifications with the Client.
2.2 The Company reserves the right to alter or refuse service if the condition of the property differs significantly from the description provided by the Client.
3.1 Payment for services is due in full upon completion of the cleaning service.
3.2 Accepted methods of payment include [list payment methods, e.g., cash, credit/debit card, bank transfer].
4.1 The Client agrees to provide access to the property at the scheduled time.
4.2 If the Company is unable to gain access to the property as agreed, a cancellation fee may apply.
5.1 Clients may cancel or reschedule services by notifying the Company at least 24 hours in advance.
5.2 Cancellations or rescheduling with less than 24 hours notice may incur a fee.
6.1 The Company aims for complete client satisfaction and will address any concerns immediately after service completion.
6.2 Any complaints or notes on the service must be made within 24 hours after completion of the service.
7.1 The Company is not responsible for pre-existing damage or wear to the carpets or property.
7.2 The Company will handle client property with care and is insured for any damage caused directly by our staff.
8.1 Client information will be used solely for the purpose of delivering the service and will not be shared with third parties.
9.1 By booking a service with Xtreme Cleaning Services, the Client agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
